

There are two yoga sessions per day.
The first is an Energy Yoga class held at sunrise. This connects you with your own aliveness and that of the natural world around you. Its movements are stilling, meditative and energizing. It encompasses all levels of yoga.
The second is the main structured, yoga class of the day and the discipline used is Sivananda-based. The focus is to lift the body to its own natural level of fitness and well-being within classic Yogic postures. The rhythms of other disciplins intertwine the variations of this class. This class is progressive.
What type of person comes?
All types! Our average age is early 30's but we have people between 18 and 65. Many clients come from London but we also have people from all around the world.
To you who love yoga
I have started Inner Safaris because I couldn't find a holiday that offered the whole yogic spectrum. Yoga was either programmed as a physical work-out on its own, or there were silent Retreats with no movement.
We have married everything together and thrown in some middle ground fun as well.
If you are a versed Yogi/Yogini, we hope you enjoy the fullness and completeness of this programme. Classes are set up to work each person to his or her own highest individual level within a mixed frame-work.
To you who are new to yoga
While extra activities are optional, we expect everyone to attend our daily, structured yoga class where the building of each day's practice, provides the base for its ensuing step. If you enter as a beginner, you will leave as an intermediate.
For the rest, all you need is an open heart and a sense of adventure!
